Returns
Footwear:
We offer exchanges or a store credit only. Please notify Sinister Boutique by email admin@sinister.co.nz within 48 hours of your package being delivered and an exchange or if not possible a store credit will be given. A Return Number will be issued which must be written on the package. Returns must be sent via a trackable method within 5 working days of receiving your Return Number. Exchanges attract a reshipping fee.
Please DO NOT put any address labels/cellotape etc on footwear boxes, place them in a plastic bag or something similar prior to applying return address/courier tickets.
All Other Items:
We offer exchanges and refunds unless listed below. Please notify Sinister Boutique by email admin@sinister.co.nz within 48 hours of your package being delivered. A Return Number will be issued which must be written on the package. Returns must be sent via a trackable method within 5 working days of receiving your Return Number.
Item/s must be returned in new condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any signs that it has been opened, used, or is tainted by smells will result in your return being sent back at your cost.
Returns for an exchange will attract a reshipping fee. Returns for a refund will attract charges for any losses incurred by Sinister Boutique eg. nationwide shipping which is discounted and does not reflect the true cost and credit card processing fees.
Exceptions:
No refunds or exchanges for the following
- Contact Lenses
- Cosmetics
- Dreads
- Fangs
- Hosiery and Intimate Wear
- Steel Boned Corsets
- Sale items
- and any other item/s deemed to have a health and safety risk
Returning Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Item/s Received
If you are returning an item/s because of damage or defect we will have it repaired or replaced.
If you are returning an item/s because of an error on our part you must contact us within 48 hours of your package being delivered. We will arrange for you to return the item but please note the item/s must be in unused condition with ALL original packaging. Once we receive it we will send the correct item/s to you and will refund any shipping charges you incur.
